Update on dispute involving Kym Dear valued customers and potential customers, Please be aware that after allowing a sufficient amount of time for Kym to contact us in relation to her dispute, we have received no follow-up with the apparent "issue". We believe we gave her two very reasonable options, to which none have been accepted.
We have spoken to all of our staff in regards to this issue and have further shown the reviews to each of them. They have all claimed they have no recollection of an incident of this nature ever occuring within our establishment and we have our utmost confidence in the truthfulness of their claims. Two of those have both been employed for just over a year and are under the age of Even if I asked them to instruct your child not to stand, they would hardly be capable of doing it, simply due to the nature of their personalities.
The other 2 are our senior staff and have been employed at our establishment for over 20 years, each. They both possess extremely non-confrontational personalities and tend to rather avoid conflict. They also understand the dynamics and intracacies of customer service; experience in which they have developed over the years.
The final one of our staff, is a young female in her 20's whom has been employed at our establishment for 3 years. She actually did admit to ONE incident of recently asking a parent to stop her child from obstructing our walk-ways. However, this occurred after the review was made so I doubt this was the incident you are referring to.
Furthermore, she also explained that she strictly spoke to the parent only no direct interaction occurred with the child about keeping her child from aimlessly running around our walk-ways, ONLY when staff were navigating through with plates of hot food.
With that said, take into consideration she only has 4 reviews three of which were made on our page and one, we suspect to disguise any suspicion of legitimacy , all of which were made on the same date the account was made. Since then, her account has not been active whatsoever. Dear Ashton, As management of Dragon Garden Family Restaurant, we can assure you we have and did not receive any complaints regarding two orders of fried rice with prawns over the past few weeks.
We have had incidents where customers were unaware our fried rice consisted of shrimp and consequently; called up to request a change, to which we have always happily obliged. We appreciate all forms of feedback, but we most definitely do not appreciate false claims of being "hung up on". In saying that, unless specifically requested; it is impossible for us to know your allergy.
Our staff always read the order back to the customer to ensure it is correct whether that is over the phone or in person. Moreover, the order is checked again with the customer when they come to pick their order up. Thus, we find it very odd that a mistake in your order was not picked up somewhere along the way. Furthermore, it is very unlikely that our food was served cold unless the customer themselves are late to pick up their order.
We have a very strict protocol and procedure we follow to ensure food is always served warm to customers. Yes No Unsure. Does this restaurant have parking? Does this restaurant have a full bar?
