The leads are worst than management plus some of the crew member will turn they back on you and lie if they don't like you if you make more than 2 mistake you are the worst person to work with. It was a great company that ran out of products in their pipeline. Cons needed more of a pipeline to stay. Organon was a fun and supportive company, that built professional families and teams that had each other's back. Everyone challenged each other to succeed beyond the objectives and work together to grow the company. Pros Team supported each other to succeed. Cons Growth opportunities.
