How it works.
Place your order
Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout. Select your preferred crypto payment method (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT TRC-20, or USDT ERC-20).
Receive payment details
After order submission, you'll receive an email with our wallet address and the exact amount to send. The payment link is also visible in your order dashboard.
Send the payment
Open your wallet app, paste our address, enter the exact amount shown, and confirm the transaction. Double-check the network (e.g. TRC-20 vs ERC-20 for USDT).
Confirmation & dispatch
Once we detect your transaction on-chain (usually within 10–30 minutes), your order is marked as paid and dispatched within 24 hours.

Which crypto option has the lowest fees?
USDT on TRC-20 (Tron network) typically has the lowest fees — usually under $1. Bitcoin fees can vary significantly based on network congestion.
What if I send the wrong amount?
Contact us immediately at support@pharmastore.com with your order number and transaction hash. We'll reconcile manually. Do not send a second payment without contacting us first.
How long does confirmation take?
USDT TRC-20: 1–3 minutes. USDT ERC-20 and Ethereum: 5–15 minutes. Bitcoin: 10–60 minutes depending on network and fee. We wait for 1–3 confirmations before marking your order as paid.
Is crypto payment private?
Yes. Blockchain transactions are pseudonymous — tied to wallet addresses, not personal identities. We never link your wallet address to your personal data beyond what's needed to fulfill your order.
Can I use an exchange wallet to send payment?
Yes, most major exchanges (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken) allow direct sends. Just make sure you select the correct network when withdrawing — especially for USDT.
