Please read these terms carefully before using PharmaStore. By placing an order or using the site you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PharmaStore ("the Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Purchases & Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or concerns identified by our fraud detection systems. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. Orders are binding once confirmed. We do not accept returns on opened products.
3. Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and CashApp. Payment instructions are sent to your email after order placement. Orders are processed and shipped only after payment is confirmed. Failure to complete payment within 72 hours of order placement may result in automatic cancellation. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment network congestion or incorrect wallet addresses.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of confirmed payment on business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We ship in discreet, unmarked packaging. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events beyond our control. International shipping may be subject to customs duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Refunds & Replacements
We do not accept returns on products for any reason other than a confirmed shipping error or a demonstrably defective product. In the event of a verifiable issue, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We do not offer cash refunds. All sales are final once payment is confirmed.
6. Product Disclaimer
Products sold on PharmaStore are intended for research and educational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You must be 18 years or older to purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure the legality of purchasing, possessing, and using these products in your jurisdiction. We make no representations as to the fitness of our products for any particular purpose. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
